About James & Heather
With a passion for the presence of God and a deep desire to see that same passion ignited in others, they endeavor to impact the body of Christ through two primary veins of ministry: music, and teaching. They have been called to reach the lost and the hurting with the story of Christ’s grace and redemption, and to cause those who have forgotten to remember who God is. They also have a clear vision for the purpose and role of the modern-day Levite and have a desire to teach and equip others for greater music ministry.
We also have a passion to minister to married couples who have been hurt and broken through bondage to sin. We have been there, and we know that there is true liberty, redemption, and healing that can be found only in the arms of Christ. Oftentimes that deliverance and healing is found in a process rather than a moment. We are available to help with that process.
About Coulter Ministries
1 Chron. 25:1,6,7 NASB 1“Moreover, David and the commanders of the army set apart for the service some of the sons of Asaph and of Heman and of Jeduthun, who were to prophecy with lyres, harps, and cymbals;... 6All theses were under the direction of their father to sing in the house of the LORD, with cymbals, harps and lyres, for the service of the house of God. Asaph and Heman were under the direction of the king. 7And their number who were trained in singing to the LORD, with their relatives, all who were skillful, was 288.”
2 Chron. 5:12-14 NASB “And all the Levitical singers…clothed in fine linen, with cymbals, harps, and lyres…and with them one hundred twenty priests blowing trumpets in unison when the trumpeters and the singers were to make themselves heard with one voice to praise and to glorify the LORD, and when they lifted up their voice accompanied by…instruments of music, and when they praised the LORD saying, “He indeed is good for His lovingkindness is everlasting,” then the house, the house of the LORD, was filled with a cloud, so that the priests could not stand to minister because of the cloud, for the glory of the LORD filled the house of God.

"James & Heather,
I again want to express what a privilege it was to have you here this past weekend... I speak for everyone when I say, we thoroughly enjoyed having you with us."
As I have reflected upon the events of the weekend, and prayerfully pondered what the Lord is doing, I have come to the conclusion that our meeting was a divine appointment. The Lord has left His fingerprints upon the intersection of your ministry and ours. You allowed the Lord to use you to take us to a level of worship that we have never reached! We’ve all been talking about how powerful it was! Thank you for being sensitive to the move of the Holy Spirit, and not being afraid to follow the flow. That is what we are hungry for!"
Bishop Jeff Wolf,
Pastor of the House of Restoration

“James, thank you for the beautiful job you did on your solo role for the performance of Saviour. You contributed greatly to a very moving and effective performance.
James, you sang your role with such conviction and communication (that) I heard many people say that you should be the soloist on the recording!"
